• Login credentials for the Cresoro Project Portal (hashed)

• Business details submitted in a trade account application, including trading name, ABN or company registration number, and business address
• Trade account information such as expected annual purchase volume and the payment terms requested
• Where an applicant chooses to provide them, the name and phone number of up to two trade referees — see "Information we collect about other people" below

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide quotes
• Process and fulfil orders
• Provide access to the Cresoro Project Portal
• Send project updates and notifications (where you have opted in or requested)

• Assess applications for a Cresoro trade account, including the payment terms we are able to offer
• Contact the trade referees named in an application to verify the applicant's trading history
• Verify business details, such as an ABN, against publicly available registers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Disclosure of information

We may disclose personal information to third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as email delivery services, cloud hosting, and analytics providers). These providers are required to handle information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Information we collect about other people

If you apply for a Cresoro trade account, you may choose to give us the name and phone number of up to two trade referees. Those referees are people at other businesses, and we collect their personal information from you rather than from them. The application form asks you to confirm that you have each referee's permission before you provide their details, and you should not name a referee unless you do.

We use referee details for one purpose: to contact the referee and verify the applicant's trading history. If we contact a referee, we will identify ourselves as Cresoro, tell them which business named them as a referee, and explain how they can contact us about their information. We do not use referee details for marketing, and we do not disclose them other than as described in this policy.

If you are a trade referee, you can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, using the contact details at the end of this policy. We keep referee details only for as long as we need them to assess the application, and we delete them once the application has been decided unless a law requires us to keep them.

6. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Our website and portal are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Passwords are stored as one-way hashed values and are never stored in plaintext.

7. Access and correction

You have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, and to request correction of inaccurate or outdated information. To make a request, contact us at sales@cresoro.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and web analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. This data is used in aggregate form and does not identify individual users. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect website functionality.
